I. Product Overview

Sigma Optical Linear Stage featuring precision control driven by 60-phase stepper motor is a high-precision electric displacement platform. It boasts an effective travel of 20 mm and repetitive positioning accuracy ≤±1.5 μm, widely applied in precision measurement, micromanipulation, automated assembly and other fields.

Fabricated from high-strength aluminum alloy with black anodized surface treatment, the stage delivers superior corrosion resistance, wear resistance and excellent mechanical strength, enabling stable operation in diverse complex environments. With a compact tabletop dimension of 60×60 mm, it perfectly meets high-precision displacement requirements in limited installation space.

Equipped with MISUMI precision ball screw and cross roller guide rail, it ensures smooth and accurate movement while reducing friction and backlash, greatly enhancing system stability and service life. Adopting Shinano brand motors as the drive unit, it realizes accurate displacement control with fast response to various high-precision control demands, and is compatible with multiple automatic control systems.
